Make it personal
Your program should reflect your history, goals, personality, and life—not an imaginary perfect client.
Meet Ron Heide
Ron doesn't coach aging from a textbook. He has lived the shift himself—and learned how to keep getting stronger without pretending the body never changes.

Why HeideFit exists
When Ron reached his forties, the old formula stopped working the same way. Recovery changed. Priorities changed. Training harder was no longer the same as training better.
With a family history that includes heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, staying strong and capable was never just about appearance. It was about taking ownership of the decades ahead.
HeideFit grew from that realization: adults over 45 don't need to lower their expectations. They need an intelligent plan that respects how their body, schedule, and goals have evolved.

Built from lived experience
Strength has always meant more to Ron than what happens inside a gym. It supports the rides, trips, sports, and ordinary days that make a capable life worth protecting.
Ron's coaching philosophy
Your program should reflect your history, goals, personality, and life—not an imaginary perfect client.
Looking better matters. So does carrying luggage, climbing trails, playing another round, and staying independent.
The best plan is one that creates progress now without borrowing health or enjoyment from your future.
